A Meetup Series
Hosted and facilitated by Daniel Susser & Tobias Mayer, held on the second Thursday of the uneven months (January, March, May, July, September and November) scripture@work explores organisational patterns of dysfunction through the lens of the Hebrew Bible, aka the Old Testament.
Context
Working with teams and organisations is a human endeavour. As humans we learn and reflect best through story, imagery and metaphor. Whether or not you're religious in any way, the Bible is a foundational text for much of Western society, containing the origin of many of our core myths, narratives and beliefs. As such, if we’re looking for a rich source of discussion for important ideas and themes, the Bible is a great place to visit.
Your hosts
Daniel Susser, a self-described Non-Theist Jew, is a team and organisational coach, Agile enthusiast, podcaster, facilitator, clown, the voice and pen behind Agile on the Mind and a generally useful person to have around.
Tobias Mayer, a self-described 1st-Century-Christian, is a writer, educator, facilitator, storyteller, founder of the Scrum Academy and aspiring psychotherapist.
